No matter what make or style of glove you are interested in, all manufactureres have same form of measurment technique. Hold tape in the hand and measure around the largest part of the knuckles on the back of hand while making a fist.

Simpson glove size measurments:
Helmet Sizing
Measuring for your helmet is done around your head above the ears and about an inch above the eye-brows. It is best to have someone measure your head, They will want to measure as above and make sure to move the tape around a little bit to insure to get the largest measurment. If not sure of sizing on the charts, when ordering give us the measurment taken from your head and we can help determine the sizing needed. I can not stress enough! A helmet is ment to fit tight, as tight as you can get it on your head without causing discomfort of preasure points. A helmets linner will actually form to your head over use growing more comfortable. This is one reason why one should never loan out a helmet to another driver.
